     Oliver Hazard Perry Anderson was born on 25 August 1839 in Frankfort, Franklin Co., Kentucky.1 He was the son of Oliver Hazard Perry Anderson and Rebecca Strong.1 Oliver Hazard Perry Anderson was in military service in the Civil War between 1861 and 1864. He was a lieutenant in the Confederate Army.1 He died on 12 May 1864 in Spotsylvania Co., Virginia, at age 24.1
